Deployment steps

Now that you have created a servlet and a client on your machine, you need to think about how they will be deployed. We suggest that you first set up the servlet on a deployment server. This process is covered in the first Enterprise Tutorial. At this point, you may enter the URL of the deployed servlet into the Transaction node of the MIDlet. After testing, the MIDlet can be compiled and deployed as noted in the Simplicity for Mobile Devices tutorials.

Congratulations! You have just created a client and a servlet which are ready to move to a deployment environment.
