Build a Jar archive
While it is possible to run MIDlets outside of a Jar archive in emulators, most MID-enabled devices require the compiled classes and resources to be located in a Jar archive, with an associated descriptive Jad file. To create these files, right-click on a .class file in the IDE. Choose the 'Build Jar...' option. Simplicity's Application Packager will open. The Application Packager has five pages
By going through the pages, all the properties of the Jar and Jad will be set up properly.
