Persistence in the To Do List

This Tutorial will provide additional instruction for users of Simplicity for Mobile Devices. It will demonstrate the use of RMS to provide persistence to allow a MIDlet to save information between runs.

By completing this tutorial you will learn about

• Using RMS to save and restore information
• Creating complex code with the Code Sourcerer

It is estimated that this tutorial should take most people between 20 and 30 minutes to complete. It is assumed that users have completed Tutorial 1.

Improving the To Do List

If you haven't already done so, start Simplicity for Mobile Devices in the manner appropriate for your operating system. The Simplicity IDE should be on the screen.
